Delivery Policy

We deliver Australia wide. We currently use Australia Post, and will expand to more options in the future. We may choose a different option for some products. This may be for fragile products, or in some cases for faster delivery.

For 1 item we charge a flat fee of $10 Australia wide, excluding WA, NT, SA & TAS up to 5KG.

For multiple items we charge a flat fee of $15 Australia wide, excluding WA, NT, SA & TAS up to 5KG.

Orders over $180  get FREE DELIVERY Australia wide, excluding WA, NT, SA & TAS.

Shipping to WA, NT, SA & TAS - $15 for 1 item, and $20 for 2 or more items, up to 5KG total.

Delivery times are 2 to 3 business days in Metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. NSW,  VIC and QLD Country areas and all other interstate areas including WA, SA, TAS and NT are usually 4 to 5 business days for delivery.

Delivery times commence the next business day after payment is received. When we receive payment an invoice will be emailed to you, and goods will be shipped the next business day at the latest. We may, when busy, extend the shipping to an extra 1 or 2 days.

If you require something urgently, for example leading up to Christmas, please call us and we will attempt to organise an urgent courier.

It is our policy to use recycled packaging and parcels where possible.

Special note on Jewellery packaging

Some suppliers may package jewellery in it's own boxes, in which case we will ship it to you as is. Otherwise we package jewellery as described below.

We package our jewellery in clam shell boxes. These are merely for the protection of the jewellery in transit, and does not constitute part of the product and is therefore not covered by any warranty. These boxes are brand new but some may have slight defects such as a scratch for example. This in no way reflects on the product itself which is handmade and sourced seperately, and as stated these boxes are for transporting the jewellery. The clam shell boxes snap close so it is imperative to keep the jewellery and your fingers clear when closing. We recommend storing your jewellery in a specialised jewellery box, in it's own compartment.
